Hi, I’m Shedrick Cole, and I’m passionate about helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals while becoming the best versions of themselves. My mission is to inspire, educate, and empower individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I am the owner and coach behind Team Lean Fitness, an online coaching program designed to provide personalized fitness and nutrition guidance. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, boost energy, or build strength, I’m here to help you reach your goals with tailored support and accountability.

I bring over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Previously, I owned Anytime Fitness Lancaster for 12 years and Anytime Fitness Grand Prairie for 5 years. During that time, I learned the importance of creating a supportive and motivating environment for my clients to thrive.

Before diving into fitness, I spent 4 years serving in the Navy and later earned my degree in Electrical Engineering. My journey into fitness began with co-founding a group called The Fitness Combine, where I discovered my true calling: helping people transform their lives through health and fitness.

At Team Lean Fitness, my goal is to be more than just a coach. I aim to provide holistic solutions that encompass fitness, nutrition, and mindset to help my clients achieve long-lasting results. I specialize in working with individuals who want to take control of their health, reduce stress, and feel their best every day.

I believe in the power of community, personalized programs, and sustainable habits to create real change. Together, we can work toward your goals, whether that’s losing weight, building strength, or simply leading a more balanced life.
